Kineseotape also known as K-tape is an elastic adhesive tape that provides support and stability to joints and muscles, improves circulation and doesn’t affect range of motion. K-tape is also used in prevention maintenance after injury, to treat pain and chronic oedema. The K-tape is a technique based on the body’s own healing process. The k-tape exhibits its efficacy through the activation of neurological and circulatory systems. Kineseo is the science behind movement. Muscles are the main controllers of movement in our bodies, yet they also play vital roles in circulation, temperature and maintaining our normal upright positions.
